Once the website developer has begun to design the site, if client commences the website design any funds that have been paid up to this time are non refundable. We offer quality, professional, custom web designs. We value our developers time and expertise.
Hosting
Enjoy monthly hosting with eLocal Website Designs. Your website will be hosted and updated on a monthly basis when you keep your website current. We will bill you for the upcoming months payment. After 1 email that results in non-payment, your account will be suspended. Your payment delayed or not paid after 5 days will result in your website being suspended. There is a $35 one time fee plus renewal fees to restore your website. Your website visitors will not be able to view your website contents until payment has been made. There will be only 1 notice sent announcing payment delinquency.
Terms

Cancellation Policy
Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by eLocal Website Designs and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

Chargebacks
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
Website Hosting Payments for past months of web hosting are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are set up at the time of order and are allotted a specific amount of server resources, according to the plan purchased. If client did not make use of the account, payment for services is still due. Hosting accounts are not canceled until notice is received from the client in writing, or until 15 days after due date of payment not received. If client paid for hosting account for 6 or 12 months ahead and cancels service before plan expiration date, a refund may be given for the months not yet elapsed. If client received free products and/or services with their hosting plan purchase, the retail value of the free services will be deducted from the refund amount.
Should a client desire a cancellation; we will release any written content, images and videos that the client provided in the design of the website. Due to our websites being custom designs; any special designed forms, or features that were custom formatted will not be transferrable due to the special coding used to develop the website. Client is responsible for updating and keeping their domain current.
eLocal Website Designs reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a user’s account if a user is found in violation of the terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.

eLocal Website Designs / A-1 Sites has not reviewed all of the sites listed in the directory and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by eLocal Website Designs / A-1 Sites of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Security for member account & password you will receive a password and Member account designation once you are registered. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify OS of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
